dc.description.abstract |
Objective: This study is helpful to develop new e- lecture method in Non Agricultural Universities. Also aims
to Contrast the views of students and tutors regarding what factors constitute effective e-moderation in
order to on-line tutor. Therefore the role of the on-line tutor is requires a process of managing the student
learning experience in an effective and co-ordinate manner. The researcher utilized a semi-structured
interview technique to collect data & analysis the views of 50 student and 50 tutors for effective
implementation of online tutor model. Also use the tools & techniques for analysis the data. The paper finds
that online tutor module develop the new e-moderation for student and faculty. Also provide the different
faculty lectures through e-video & audio system, easily implementation of online tutor in non agricultural
universities, the proper utilization of ICT rooms and infrastructure. For the implementation of the module
tutors argued the motivation online tutor module were critical to successful moderation. The student and
tutor have a broadly similar view to interact with the e-learning environment. According to these results it
may be concluded that online tutor impact on traditional lecture method ,student is positive because of
different options provided by the online tutor and that it is necessary to implement the full model and
develop the more relation between student & tutor. |
